- Component Inspection
- Cylinder Media Blasted and Painted with High Heat Paint
- Over Bore to the Next Size and Honed
- New Oversize Piston, Rings, Keepers, and Wrist Pin
- Valves Seats Cut, Ground, and Lapped with New Valves and Exhaust Seal
- New Fiber (Honda) Clutch Plates
- New Gaskets (ALL)
- New Seals (ALL)
- New Points with Points Plate and Lead
- New Honda Spark Plug
- New Dipstick with O Ring
- Side Covers Cleaned, Vapor Honed and Painted with Honda Cloud Silver Paint and Clear Coated
- Points and Stator Covers are Polished to High Gloss
- Original Engine Hardware Re-Zinced or Replaced with OE Honda Hardware
- All Damaged Parts Replaced at Cost (No markup)
- Engine Test Run for about an Hour before it is shipped back
