This Service Includes:
- Complete Engine Disassembly
- Engine Cleanup with De-greaser, Soda Blasting, and Vapor Honing
- Component Inspection
- Cylinder Media Blasted and Painted with High Heat Paint
- Over Bore to the Next Size and Honed
- New Oversize Piston, Rings, Keepers, and Wrist Pin
- Valves Seats Cut, Ground, and Lapped with New Valves and Exhaust Seal
- New Fiber (Honda) Clutch Plates
- New Gaskets (ALL)
- New Seals (ALL)
- New Points with Points Plate and Lead
- New Honda Spark Plug
- New Dipstick with O Ring
- Side Covers Cleaned, Vapor Honed and Painted with Honda Cloud Silver Paint and Clear Coated
- Original Engine Hardware Re-Zinced or Replaced with OE Honda Hardware
- All Damaged Parts Replaced at Cost (No markup)
- Engine Test Run for about an Hour before it is shipped back
- Engine are shipped back in a custom plywood box
- We are a complete restoration shop.
- We do everything in-house, except chrome plating.
- We do complete nut and bolt Concours quality restorations on Bikes and Vintage items
- We are equipped to Sand Blast, Vapor Hone, Soda Blast, Dustless blast, any size pieces up to whole cars and trucks
- The Shop is equipped with an automotive size paint booth for quality paint jobs (no rattle can restorations)
- Complete Zinc, Copper, and Nickel Plating Capabilities
- In House Custom UV, Solvent, Laser, Water Slide, and White Ink Decal, Banner, Canvas, Photo Production
The Turn around Time for Engine Rebuild is around THREE/FOUR Months
